The Steps We Took

Johnnie Walker is inviting women to leave their mark in society, by planting footprints featuring women’s names around metro stations, malls and bus stations. Each footprint features a QR code that takes people to the inspiration that these women want to share with the world; from writers helping people overcome limits, to fashion designers bolstering women’s confidence and singers empowering them. Because women all walk the walk, but their steps are often unseen.

The Walkers

All of the women leaving their mark have a courageous, bold ambition to promote progress for all. These include singer Bori Péterfy, comedian Eszter Ráskó, writer Anna Eszter Szabó and fashion designer Dóra Tomcsányi; all of whom are trailblazing in their creative industries to drive female empowerment and help to lift barriers to progress.
